Unmuted: Conversations on Women's Health & Advocacy

Join us on October 18 for Unmuted, in Montreal. A gathering focused on education, community, and practical tools for anyone navigating healthcare conditions that primarily affect women*. Whether you have a diagnosis, are still searching for answers, or simply want to better understand your body, this program is designed to translate lived experience and clinical insight into actionable tools you can use in supporting your health and wellness journey.

What to expect:

💫 An Interactive workshop

🩺 A multidisciplinary panel with women’s health experts

🌼 Open dialogue with community voices who share similar experiences

🌿 Wellness partner booths

☕ Light refreshments throughout the event

The gathering will cover topics such as menstrual health, hormones, pelvic pain, and how to move through the healthcare system with clarity and agency. Men and male allies looking to learn and support loved ones are welcome to join.

📍 Montréal · Sunday, October 18 · 11 AM–3 PM

*We use the term “women’s health” to reflect the historical and ongoing gender disparities in healthcare. However, we recognize that menstrual, hormonal, and pelvic health conditions affect individuals across gender identities, and our spaces are welcome and supportive to anyone navigating these experiences.

Proudly sponsored by DIVA, who's also bringing giveaways for attendees 🩷 Hosted in collaboration between The Cuterus Corner and The Seasons Collective, in partnership with wellness providers in the women’s health space.
