Dr. Fiona McCulloch, ND.
Dr. Fiona McCulloch is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and the founder of White Lotus Integrative Medicine in Toronto, Canada. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2001 and prior to that earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Guelph, in Biological Sciences.
Dr. Fiona has a special interest in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, is the author of the best-selling book "8 Steps To Reverse Your PCOS", and was a peer reviewer for 2023 International Evidence-Based PCOS Guidelines. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Julie Mai, RD.
Julie Mai is a registered dietitian with over five years of specialized practice in endocrinology, based in Toronto. Following her own two-year diagnostic journey with PCOS and ADHD, Julie founded July Health in 2023—a digital health startup on a mission to fill the gaps in Canadian PCOS care with dietitian and therapy support.

Dr. Kendall Soucie, Ph.D.
Dr. Kendall Soucie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Windsor, in Ontario, Canada. She studies women’s health equity with a focus on the psychosocial and institutional impacts of living with chronic health conditions that are underdiagnosed, misdiagnosed, stigmatized or neglected that primarily affect women. Her main research interests are in understanding the lived and diagnosis/health care experience of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) in a Canadian context. Dr. Soucie’s research amplifies strength-based, resilience, and lifespan approaches to explore pathways to improved health, wellness, and quality of life. Soucie has received funding by the Social Sciences and Humanities and Council of Canada (SSHRC) to conduct this work, alongside her research lab, the H.E.A.L. Lab (Health Experiences and Longevity Lab) at the University of Windsor.

Sasha Ottey, MHA, MLS (ASCP).
Sasha Ottey is the founder and Executive Director of PCOS Challenge: The National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association. PCOS Challenge is a nonprofit support and advocacy organization advancing the cause for PCOS patients globally. Sasha started the organization after she was diagnosed with PCOS and experienced great dissatisfaction with the availability of support resources for PCOS patients, and feeling dismissed by her healthcare team.
Under Sasha’s leadership, PCOS Challenge has quickly grown to over 55,000 members and has helped many PCOS patients with their challenges with infertility, anxiety, depression, and other PCOS comorbidities, and has built the PCOS legislative advocacy platform that focuses on research funding, innovation, and development of safe and effective treatments for PCOS. Sasha's work in the space continues to focus on patient-centered research into understudied areas of PCOS, and empowering PCOS patients and stakeholders to use their experiences to change policy to improve healthcare access and improved treatment options for PCOS patients.

Dr. Dylan Cutler is a health educator, scientist, consultant, and cat mom who empowers people to improve their quality of life through lifestyle. She obtained her PhD in obstetrics and gynaecology specializing in lifestyle changes for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a condition she battles herself.

Krutika Galgalikar, MFA.
Krutika Galgalikar is a Design Consultant, PCOS Patient Advocate, and community organizer working at the intersections of healthcare, design, and social impact. She is the founder of The Seasons Collective, an Ontario-based initiative that brings together individuals with PCOS, researchers, and providers to share knowledge, foster dialogue, and reimagine care.
Her work emphasizes co-creation, storytelling, and community healing, with a focus on reducing fragmentation in care systems and centering lived experience as expertise. Krutika has designed gatherings that spark connection and collective visioning. With a background in UX research and participatory design, she brings a relational approach to knowledge mobilization, supporting networks that are inclusive, intersectional, and rooted in collective empowerment. She is a member of the Patient Advisory Board at PCOS Challenge and a Care Activist Fellow at the Patient Revolution.
